How my journey began

Hello Loves! I am so excited you are here and hope I get to serve you soon. My name is Katie and I recently moved myself & my daughter back to my hometown in Kentucky. I am in my early 30’s and my daughter ages me even more daily-lol. No, but she is a strong-willed one, like myself, which I can appreciate. Before moving back to KY, I had been living in Nashville, TN since 2009—before it got “too cool.” I was a licensed Esthetician + freelance Makeup Artist for over 10 years and I truly love it! I also helped start and operate many successful businesses working in Administration / Director of Operations.

Nobaked Skin is a culmination of all the years I have worked for others and the things I have learned to do + not to do in business and client experience. It is the education of the options we have to make healthier choices. Beauty is one of, if not the leading industry of our times right now. We are encouraged to spend so much $$$ on beauty products, makeup, skincare, procedures, etc.. We are made to feel like our picture without a filter isn’t fancy or good enough for the follow, like, share. Well, consider a spray tan an “all in one” haha— A boost of confidence for your mind + skin, the healthiest option for tanning and less makeup really is good thing! BUT don’t be confused by the boxes that are often put on us; spray tans are NOT one size fits all, so a machine just isn’t going to work the same for every single person. It may work for some but spray tanning became a passion of mine when I could impact the way people felt about themselves, when their confidence levels go off the charts when we finish a session —and again, it’s the most healthy way to tan so that is my Why to choosing spray tanning as my niche! I am excited to get to know you all more & to serve you. I am excited for Nobaked Skin roots to originate in Hopkinsville, KY and to help our community reach the heights of which it has impacted me.— My plan to grow Nobaked is pretty big, so I also can’t wait to share pieces of me + it with you as we grow!
